Influence of functionalization with citric acid on the properties of magnetic nanoparticles Zn-=SUB=-x-=/SUB=-Fe-=SUB=-3-x-=/SUB=-O-=SUB=-4-=/SUB=- (0≤ x≤ 1.0)

چکیده
The effect of surface functionalization with citric acid on the properties magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) Zn x Fe 3-x O 4 (x=0; 0.25; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0) synthesized by hydrothermal method was studied. To study MNPs, X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were used. samples phase state MNPs studied using a physical property measurement system (PPMS) Mossbauer (MS). It has been established that sizes crystallites crystal lattice parameter change increasing 2+ concentration. low values coercive force presence doublet MS indicate both ferrimagnetic superparamagnetic components.
